Eligibilities
- Any professionally produced, bottled, and distributed spirit brand is eligible to participate.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per producer. One producer can enter multiple spirits. (Separate fees and bottle samples are required).
- Chilled’s Choice Awards reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any product entered in the competition in catalogs, posters, publications, or on Chilled’s website.
Competition Rules
- Ranking and awards are made on a merit basis. Judges will rate each spirit and award according to category. Every spirit, worthy of receiving an award will also be ranked within the set categories.
- Each entry will be evaluated within a group of similar spirits, set at the discretion of the judging panel and Chilled’s Choice Awards’ managing director. The competition reserves the right to arrange the categories per amount and type of entries.
- Each spirit’s entry form, payment, and samples must arrive at our facility no later than January 1, 2020. Late submissions will be accepted (late fee required: see below for fee details) and must arrive at our facility by May 31, 2020.
Confidentiality of Entry
We value your brand’s privacy. All entries are kept confidential. Brands that do not wish to market their awards reserve the right to not participate in Chilled’s Choice Awards’ website and promotional materials announcing winning brands.

Entry Fees
To submit your brand in the Chilled’s Choice Awards all requirements as set by the Chilled’s Choice committee must be met. The competition is open to all commercial spirits professionally produced.
All entries are required to submit an entry fee of $500 + 2 bottles (Bottles received after due date will be subject to a late entry fee of $50). Late entries can be received up until May 31, 2020 (late fee required along with entry: see below for late entry fee details).
- Spirits Entry Fee: $500 + Two (2) bottles (700ml or larger)* per entry
- Spirits Late Entry Fee: $550 + Two (2) bottles (700ml or larger)* per entry
*If submitting a bottle size less than 700ml, please enclose three (3) bottles per entry.

All samples must be shipped prepaid. We do not pay import or duty fees.
If you do not have an associated importer or a way to ship your package please contact (NEED EMAIL ADDRESS for QUESTIONS).
Local Drop-Off
Local drop-off is permitted during the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Be sure to clearly label on the packaging, “Chilled Choice Awards,” and your company’s information.

- Any commercial spirits professionally produced that complies with the classification codes.
- Your entry form, payment and samples need to arrive at our facility no later than April 2, 2019.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per producer. A spirit can be entered in multiple applicable categories (separate fees and bottle samples apply).
- The Competition reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any product entered in the Competition in catalogs, posters, publications, or on our website. Each entrant assents to this condition.
Competition Rules
- Awards will be made on a merit basis. The judges will not grant an award when, in their opinion, an entry is not worthy of an award.
- Each entry will, within reason and at the discretion of the Managing Director, be evaluated within a peer group of similar spirits. However, the Director reserves the right to arrange categories as they see fit in light of the number of entries.
Confidentiality of Entry
- We value your brand’s privacy; all entries are kept strictly confidential. Brands that do not win an award will not be listed on the website as a participant in the competition.
